  1. 32 green king prawns, peeled (tails intact), deveined
  2. 4 small chat potatoes, quartered, steamed
  3. 2 (300g) pink onions, cut into wedges
  4. 1/4 cup sambal oelek (chilli paste)
  5. olive oil cooking spray
  6. Steamed white rice, to serve
  7. Satay sauce, to serve

The instruction how to make Chilli prawn and potato skewers

  1. Thread prawns, potato and onion onto eight skewers. Place in a dish. Brush with sambal oelek. Spray skewers with oil. Cook, turning, for 5 to six mins or till prawns are cooked via and onion browned.
  2. Serve with steamed rice and satay sauce.
