  3. 250g button mushrooms, sliced
  4. 1/four cup candy chilli, ginger and soy sauce
  5. four green onions, thinly sliced
  6. eight iceberg lettuce leaves, trimmed

  1. Heat a wok over high warmth. Add 1/2 the oil. Swirl to coat. Stir-fry turkey, in batches, for 1 to two mins or until browned. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Heat final oil in wok. Swirl to coat. Stir-fry mushrooms for 3 minutes or until softened. Return turkey to wok. Add sauce. Stir-fry for two to 3 minutes or until sauce thickens. Add onion. Toss to combine. Spoon into lettuce leaves. Serve.
